Refund Policy
Mumbaimmrplot is providing an option to pay the Booking Amount through our payment gateway(s) offered/provided by Mumbaimmrplot. We offer stakeholders the facility to make payments online for booking our properties through the payment gateway(s) offered/provided by Mumbaimmrplot.
Mumbaimmrplot accepts an Expression of Interest (EOI) from the buyer to book the property online. The payment of the EOI will be considered as a token amount for the booked property. The remaining transaction related to the booked property shall be completed offline. The EOI payment for the booked property is non-refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Mumbaimmrplot as per applicable terms and policies.
Mumbaimmrplot offers no guarantees whatsoever regarding the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching the user’s card or bank account. The user acknowledges and agrees that Mumbaimmrplot, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies available under applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by the user to Mumbaimmrplot under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services.
Mumbaimmrplot gives no guarantees of server uptime or uninterrupted website functionality. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and liability, if any, shall be limited to the refund of the amount only. Mumbaimmrplot undertakes no liability for free services. Mumbaimmrplot reserves the right to amend, alter, or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without prior notice. All terms/disclaimers, whether specifically mentioned or not, shall be deemed included if any reference is made to them.
Mumbaimmrplot uses maximum possible care to ensure that all data/information related to electronic money transfers does not fall into the wrong hands. For completing online transactions involving payments, users are redirected to a Payment Gateway. Mumbaimmrplot does not store or keep card data. Since the transaction happens on a third-party network not controlled by Mumbaimmrplot, once a card transaction has been completed, the payment information is not accessible to anyone at Mumbaimmrplot after completion of the online transaction at the Payment Gateway, thereby ensuring maximum security.
Mumbaimmrplot shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to any disclosure involving credit cards/debit cards and/or their verification process and particulars, nor for any error or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used, whether or not pursuant to a legal process.
Mumbaimmrplot offers no guarantee whatsoever regarding the accuracy and timeliness of refunds reaching the buyer’s card or bank account. This depends on the respective organization’s online transaction process, internet infrastructure, and the working days/holidays of financial institutions. Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable property content being posted on the website would be at the sole discretion of Mumbaimmrplot.
Payments made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, or any other payment mode are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective bank/financial institution and applicable laws. The payment gateways made available are provided using authorized banking infrastructure and secure payment gateway networks. In case of any issues such as technical failures or errors, the same shall be addressed accordingly without any liability to the Company.
